Meditation For Everyone In-Person
A simple and effective meditation technique will be taught and demonstrated that anyone can use in a daily practice. The benefits of meditation for mental and physical health have been documented. Meditation is also a sanctuary and refuge from the stress and strains of everyday life. The instructor has been practicing for over 30 years and will answer questions and address difficulties that may arise in establishing a personal meditation routine.
