Pilates+Barre+Toning In-Person

A fusion of exercise formats tailored to a variety of fitness goals, ages and abilities all while set to music to inspire and motivate. PILATES and BARRE focus on strength, flexibility, breathing and full body alignment. BARRE focuses more on lower body toning. Both are low impact and utilize large ranges of motion.  Class is done while standing, sitting and holding on to a chair. NO MAT will be used.  Toning adds lightweights to complete the full spectrum of conditioning. This is an upbeat class with PIZAZZ.
