Pasta Like a Pro In-Person

Chef Laurie Boucher and Chef Frank Granito teach us about pasta dough, and then we will hand-form the dough into southern Italian shapes. We will then cook the pasta and eat a family-style meal with a paired sauce prepared by Chef Frank.
