The Dark Alchemy of the Three Fifths Clause Online
Please join us as Dr. Richard Bell discusses the Three Fifths Clause, an article of the Constitution that allowed a person who was not free to be counted as ⅗ of a human being for the purpose of voting. Dr. Bell explains why this was instituted.
