This 3 week class on Shibashi (A Qigong Practice) is easy to follow for beginners interested in Tai Chi. Beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety and high blood pressure. Helps with sleep, detoxing organs while balancing the heart, mind and breath.

Please note that registration ends 3 hours before the class begins.
